Due to the custom and personal nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items, including but not limited to apparel and hats. Please carefully review sizing, product descriptions, and images before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery by filling out our Contact Form. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
